About Me
Dr. Chen Li is a computational biologist specializing in machine learning applications for genomic analysis. Graduated with distinction from Stanford University (PhD '23), his doctoral research focused on developing deep learning models for predicting gene regulatory networks.
Current postdoctoral work at Broad Institute involves building interpretable AI systems for cancer genomics. Authored 15+ peer-reviewed publications in Nature Methods, Cell Systems, and Bioinformatics. Lead developer of DeepGenome toolkit (GitHub Stars: 2.3k), widely adopted in computational biology community.
